Payments Policies Support
How do I book a stay?
Search for your dates, open a property, and continue to checkout. After you submit guest details, you can either pay online or choose an offline payment method.
What payment methods do you support?
Online payment is supported via the payment flow page. Offline options include pay at property, bank transfer, UPI, cash, and card on arrival (depending on what you enable).
When is my booking confirmed?
For online payment bookings, confirmation is typically after payment is successful. For offline bookings, confirmation can be immediate (pay later) or can remain pending until payment is verified—this is configurable.
How can I check my booking status?
Use the Manage Booking page. Enter your booking reference and the email/phone you used during checkout. You will see booking summary, payment status, and next-step actions.
Can I pay offline and still keep the booking?
Yes. Offline bookings show a due date (if enabled). If payment is not completed by the due date, the booking may expire based on policy.
Do you have cancellation and refund policies?
Yes. Policies will be published as dedicated pages (Terms, Privacy, Cancellation, and Payment). Until then, please contact us for the latest policy details.
Can I change dates after booking?
Date changes depend on availability and policy. Please contact support with your booking reference. In later iterations, a self-serve modification flow can be added.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times are shown on the property page. If you need early check-in or late check-out, request it in the booking notes or contact us.
Is my information secure?
We only collect information needed to manage bookings and provide support. Admin credentials are stored using password hashing. A full privacy policy will be provided in the policy section.
